- Brighten up the entry way into your home
- Entry should be clean and spotless, repaint or update as necessary
- Clean all the carpets, woodwork, flooring and windows
- Eliminate cooking, smoking, pet odors.
- Consider having the drapes, furniture and carpets cleaned
- Replace any worn or stained rugs or carpeting,
- Use Neutral colors if painting or replacing flooring
- Remove unneeded furniture from rooms to increase the visual space.
- Clean out closet especially of out of season items and add extra hangers
- Increase bulb wattage to maximum allowed by the light fixture and replace all burnt out bulbs
